MANUAL DOORS

Manual opening door models can be fitted with various types of handles and pulls.

Models designed for operating rooms and positive pressure environments are equipped with a special top guide rail. During door closing, this allows the door panel to lower and slide snugly against the wall and floor, creating an airtight seal.

The weight-bearing wheel set can support and move doors weighing up to 150 kg and comes with an anti-fall device.

The door moves along a track fitted with polyzene guides, which reduces noise, and uses an antistatic toothed belt made of rubber reinforced with Kevlar.

Interlock system

Commonly used in hospitals, medical facilities, and private clinics where space segregation and hygiene are paramount, the interlocking system is considered essential.

This system electronically connects two automatic doors, providing systematic access control. One door will only be allowed to open when the other is completely closed. This allows for secure separation of sterile areas and zones, preventing unauthorized access.

Visuals and curtains

Hospital visuals LABEL are made from extruded aluminum frames and laminated safety glass with an 18 mm gap between panes. Available in both frosted and clear glass options, they allow staff to easily see inside the room.

• Simple view type: Manual curtain installation is possible.
Or an electric version.
• RX vision models provide radiation protection equivalent to 2 to 4 mm thick lead.

Lead sheet

Designed for areas requiring extra protection, such as radiology departments and dental clinics, LABEL radiation shielding doors effectively block radiation exposure, creating a safe and secure environment.

The door can be manufactured with either stainless steel sheets or laminate sheets, and can be fitted with lead shielding up to 1 mm thick.

2 mm, 3 mm, or 4 mm.

If it is necessary to see inside a room even when the door is closed, a vision panel can be installed on the door, either with or without a curtain.

There are no curtains.

Glazing

In hospital interior design, glass is widely used in doors, viewing areas, and partitions. Therefore, installing appropriate protective measures is crucial to avoid the risk of injury from broken glass.

LABEL offers glass options in 33.2, 44.2, and 55.2 mm thicknesses, including insulated glass and SMART Glass, which allows for controlled room privacy by switching between transparent and opaque modes.

Glass is available in clear, milky white, and can also be digitally printed or screen-printed with various designs.
