HERMETIC SEALING KIT FOR HINGED DOORS

LABEL's vacuum sealing conversion kit is specifically designed to enhance the performance of existing doors, enabling a quick and efficient conversion from conventional sealed doors to vacuum sealed doors. This solution allows healthcare facilities to meet increasingly stringent requirements.

Electromagnet (only for automatic doors)

When power is supplied to the electromagnet, the magnet attracts the counterplate. When the unlock button is pressed, the power to the electromagnet is cut off, releasing the counterplate, and allowing the door to be closed again.

The electromagnetic sensor is discreetly installed inside the door frame, making it invisible from the outside. This helps maintain hygiene and makes cleaning easy.

Movable floor seal

The guillotine-type rubber seal is installed at the bottom of the door. Its overall cross-sectional area is 19 x 24.5 mm. It comprises a removable movable profile, a plastic push button, two stainless steel return springs, and a self-extinguishing silicone wrap-around seal.

Perimeter seal

An EPDM rubber seal is installed along the entire edge around the swing door.

The tubular sound seal, made of EPDM, is installed within a specific groove of the door frame at the point of contact with the swing door.

HB-B150 - HB-B300 with Airtight Seal Kit

This swing door is designed for reliable and secure closing in hospital environments. Although a standard sealed door, it can be upgraded to a hermetic seal using a specialized upgrade kit from LABEL.

This system allows the HB-B150 and HB-B300 door models to be adapted to the specific needs of cleanroom and pressurized areas, enhancing air management efficiency and hygienic safety.
